Once I have the complete picture, I begin by evaluating your current status. I analyze your data, pace, power, heart rate, training load, and patterns over time, combining this with your personal feedback on how you feel and respond to training.
This approach allows me to pinpoint your strengths, identify your limitations, and uncover the opportunities that will deliver the greatest impact. From there, I create a clear training plan: what we’re focusing on, why it matters, and how we’ll track your progress.
