I'm Ian Jones, based in Sussex, UK and I’m an a senior England Athletics qualified performance driven mid-distance endurance coach with over 20 years of experience working with runners of all levels. My background in sports and rehabilitation massage provides a deep understanding of physiology, tissue stress, fatigue, and recovery.
